1. Our Role as a Broker

Flite Charter acts solely as a licensed charter broker. We arrange flights through a network of certified third-party operators and do not operate aircraft ourselves. The operating air carrier is responsible for the operational control, safety, and conduct of each flight.

2. Quotes & Bookings

Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and are subject to aircraft availability and operator confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you have accepted a written quote and any required payment terms have been met.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted transparently. Additional charges may apply for changes to your itinerary, extended ground time, de-icing, or other operator-imposed fees. Payment terms will be set out in your individual quote.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and amendment terms vary by operator and aircraft and will be communicated before you confirm a booking. Charges may apply depending on timing and the operator's policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

As a broker, Flite Charter is not liable for the operation of any flight. Our liability is limited to our brokerage services. Operational matters are governed by the contract between you and the operating carrier.
